At the recent Zhongshan High-Quality Development Conference, the city's Bureau of Industry and Information Technology provided a detailed explanation of Zhongshan's "AI+" policies.
These policies focus on four key areas: factor supply, innovative applications, industrial cultivation, and the industrial ecosystem.?
For instance, Zhongshan places a strong emphasis on supporting network foundation for AI applications, offering up to 1 million yuan in rewards for information infrastructure projects such as 10-gigabit optical networks. The city also supports the construction of municipal-level AI platforms, providing annual operating subsidies of up to 10 million yuan to offer enterprises services including computing power, models, and data. Additionally, "computing vouchers" will be issued to reduce the cost of computing for enterprises, with a maximum subsidy rate of 50%. Measures such as dataset rewards and subsidies for building trusted data space will also be implemented to enhance data element governance.
Currently, the number of AI enterprises in Zhongshan has exceeded 100, spanning embodied intelligence, visual inspection, and brain-computer interfaces.
去年，《中山市推進“人工智能+”產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的若干政策措施》作為2025年市政府“1號文”發(fā)布。在近日的中山市高質(zhì)量發(fā)展大會上，市工信部門對中山“人工智能+”系列政策進行了詳細解讀，賦能企業(yè)全面加速人工智能產(chǎn)業(yè)應(yīng)用發(fā)展。
這些政策主要圍繞要素供給， 創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用， 產(chǎn)業(yè)培育，產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)四個方面，例如，中山重點支持人工智能應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)，對萬兆光網(wǎng)等信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目最高給予100萬元獎勵；支持建設(shè)市級人工智能賦能平臺，年度運營補貼最高1000萬元，為企業(yè)提供算力、模型、數(shù)據(jù)等“開箱即用”的服務(wù)；還將發(fā)放“算力券”，降低企業(yè)算力使用成本，補貼比例最高50%；通過數(shù)據(jù)集獎勵、可信數(shù)據(jù)空間建設(shè)補貼等方式，提升數(shù)據(jù)要素治理。
目前 中山全市的人工智能企業(yè)已突破100家，涵蓋具身智能，視覺檢測，腦機接口等方面。
